can t add keyboard shortcut start menu program

Hi all,
I've got Winamp installed (runs fine), but when I try to add a keyboard shortcut value via start menu->Winamp->properties, I get an access denied error.
I did run the Winamp install program "as administrator" (it wouldn't complete otherwise) so I'm thinking maybe I need to create the shortcut "as administrator", but I don't see any option to open the properties value for the Winamp entry in the start menu "as administrator". My account is an administrator account.
Any Ideas? -Mike

Change the permissions on the start menu folder to allow yourself or all users "write" permissions.
